Job Description
Reporting to the Value Stream Manager, the Production Worker is responsible for ensuring completion of the following duties. Positions may require candidates to:
- Install fabricated screen cloth onto assembled window and door frames
- Effectively utilize hand tools, air tools, saws, and tape measurers
- Ensure high quality of assembled parts and adherence to customer requirements
Qualifications & Experience

- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to work with others collaboratively.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive motions using the arm, wrist, and shoulder.
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands at arm's length with a break every 2 hours.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance.
